Liu Kang Trailer for Mortal Kombat featuring Original Music from Congorock!
As the Teenage Riot curated soundtrack for Mortal Kombat gets closer and closer to completion (due out April 5th), new trailers and surprises are everywhere you look. One of the newest is a trailer for classic character and Kung Fu warrior, Liu Kang, with original music from none other than Italian dance destroyer, Congorock. We are super excited to put out such a future sounding release from the young Italian known as Symone. The title track has been a staple in JFK’s set for some time now, but has also garnered attention from the likes of His Majesty Andre, Blatta & Inesha, and Gigi Barocco. It features a super precise, all killer vocal from french MC, Kwality. Every track brings its own unique energy and should be annihilating dance floors for years to come.

Teenage Riot Records and Puma are teaming up to throw a party of epic proportions at the new Puma Social Club Los Angeles on Monday, October 25th. Not only is the space amazing, but the music should be on point with DJ sets from me (Kid Lightning), the one and only wizard of dance music Bird Peterson, and a pair of surprises that are SO shocking, we can’t announce until closer to the event (but if you pay attention, you can probably take a few guesses).
