2010 Undocumented/AM Only Official WMC Showcase!!!
Kid Lightning

Undocumented Management & AM Only are teaming up for what will no doubt be the biggest and hardest-hitting party of Winter Music Conference, in the form of “One Night Only” on Friday, March 26th, 2010 at Karu & Y, Ice Palace.

This will be THE destination to check out some of electronic music’s living legends, alongside artists that will without a doubt, embody the future of the genre (and people I am just generally excited to party with)!

The event will be showcasing the musical talents of 12th Planet, Bird Peterson, Congorock, Felix Cartal, Wolfgang Gartner, MSTRKRFT, LA Riots, Harvard Bass, and Sound of Stereo. Alongside this insanely stacked lineup will be some of our phenomenally talented friends in the form of St. Mandrew, DJ Ayres vs Nick Catchdubs, and Gina Turner.

If you are in Miami this week, don’t miss out!

Blende – Just In Time For Spring Mix 2010
Johan Blende

This is a mix we just finished consisting of some of the songs we enjoy playing at the moment, some new tracks and some a bit older, selected for a half hour mix with music from e.g. The Twelves, Felix Cartal, Louis La Roche, Siriusmo as well as ourselves. For March, the main event for us was to release the So Well single but we also have more things coming up, like the remix for Ocelot that we’ve done (which should be dropping sometime in April). Other than that we’re working on getting some remixes done, as well as, finalizing the next single for Teenage Riot.

We hope you guys enjoy the mix!

BLENDE – SO WELL/FLUTTERY WILL GET YOU NOWHERE AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE!!!

Hailing from the UK, Blende has always had an ear for combining the melody and catchiness of intelligent pop music with the energy and exuberance of next wave electro. Nothing showcases this more than the newest releases on Teenage Riot, “So Well” & “Fluttery Will Get You Nowhere”. So Well is as ready for the dance floor, as it is, the airwaves. With a crafty vocal performance from Pablo Decoder and unforgettable keyline, this track is sure to capture the attention of everyone from casual electronic fans to the staunchest of dance enthusiasts. “Fluttery Will Get You Nowhere” is a quintessential peak hour track, the type of jarring, unexpectedly catchy song that every DJ should have in their arsenal to close a set out in proper fashion! Both songs are available NOW!

So, in just a matter of hours “so well/fluttery will get you nowhere” should be in the shops for everyone to get, and once you’ve bought it you could play it out and it should look something like this, kind of, perhaps

BEEHIVE/TOWEL SWINGER AVAILABLE TODAY WORLDWIDE!!!

Two cousins, (specifically Jesse F Keeler of MSTRKRFT and Andrew Graham AKA St. Mandrew) decided to spend their pre-drinking hours more productively and make some music. First, was a now notorious re-edit of “Ya Bien Y’aime Moi” by Joachim Garraud, which was heard everywhere around this time last year at Winter Music Conference.

Since that early success, they started working on originals and these two tracks are the result. Both are hands-in-the-air, peak hour tracks constructed with the DJ in mind, effortlessly straddling the line between dirty electro party and main room in the super club. Play it once and you’ll know what we’re saying. Beehive is already being heavily supported by Felix Da Housecat, Steve Aoki, Congorock, A-Trak, Diplo, Benny Benassi, and many more. Steve Angello (of Swedish House Mafia fame) already played it 3 times in a row…IN THE SAME NIGHT, and now you can too. Don’t sleep on it.

Welcome!

Teenage Riot Records was born from conversations between Jesse F. Keeler of MSTRKRFT and Adrian Martinez of Undocumented Management. They realized that there was a need for a simple, fair and safe place for artists to put out their music, done in a way that answers the challenges and needs created by the new digital age of music. In other words, an artist driven label whose main goal is to give forward-thinking new music an effective outlet to reach the world.

Teenage Riot is a collaborative effort that brings together years of experience, both on the creative and business ends of music, and is essentially a reaction to what we see as current problems in the music industry. This label is a chance to create an alternative to the out of touch system that has been chewing up and spitting out talented producers and musicians everyday. Simply put, Teenage Riot is a chance to run the type of label we always wanted, the way we always expected it to be, and the way it always should have been.
